Free Estimates

We offer free, no-obligation estimates for our services. Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and a visual assessment of the property. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated to you before work proceeds.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointment dates and times are scheduled based on mutual availability. We request that customers provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Duncan Power Washing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or operational needs, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.

Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of your estimate or service agreement. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept common payment methods as communicated at the time of service.
